Geoff Hazlewood

Geoff is a partner and Head of the Corporate & Commercial team. He specialises in:

• Company Acquisitions

• Corporate Finance
• General Commercial

Geoff trained and qualified with a London firm where he gained experience of a variety of corporate transactions including AIM flotation’s and public company takeovers. Geoff’s first experience of a corporate transaction was the sale of Wembley Stadium prior to its redevelopment. He joined the firm in 2007.

He acts for clients in a number of sectors including retail, engineering, recruitment, manufacturing, professional services, agriculture and finance.

Geoff is based at our Kempson Way office in Bury St Edmunds.
