At Ashton KCJ we are committed to working with the local business and non business communities. We actively support a variety of different initiatives and charities in the local area. Find out more about our charity work. In 2005, Ashton KCJ was awarded the newly established Community Mark. Here are just a few examples of Ashton KCJ's involvement in the local community.

BALE Award (Best Alternative Land Enterprise)

The Suffolk Agricultural Association has run this prestigious regional award in conjunction with Ashton KCJ for 20 years. The aim of the annual competition is to find the best farming diversification business in the eastern region. Read more about the winners of the 2011 BALE Awards.

Suffolk FWAG (Farming & Wildlife Advisory Group)

We play an active role with Suffolk FWAG, which we have supported since 1992. As well as sponsoring the annual Kerr Cup Conservation Championship Awards, we work closely with Suffolk FWAG to ensure that local farmers receive practical advice on the latest legal legislation.
