Who should apply

We welcome applications from all law and non-law graduates or from other eligible qualification routes. We are looking to recruit candidates with good interpersonal skills, a natural flair in dealing with people, commercial awareness, and with the ability, desire and drive to help grow our business. We value diverse interests and additional skills such as languages, commercial experience, sporting or community achievements.

Training programme

Our training programme includes seats in many of the legal disciplines outlined above.  Trainees will work closely with partners and solicitors in a structured environment with regular supervisory meetings, mid-seat and end-seat performance reviews.

Skill development takes place on-the-job and through the in-house trainee skills programme, including monthly half-day workshops on a variety of hard and soft skill training topics.
